I assume they hold similar opinions to Charlie Jane Anders, whose list at io9 stated: The Daleks - The first appearance of the Doctor's warlike cyborg foes is basically a long adventure serial with a message about rejecting pacifism. The Daleks don't really come into their own until they invade Earth. The Aztecs - This story has a great reputation, because it deals with questions of tampering with history for the first time in the show's history. But it's also simplistic, boiling Aztec culture down into two men: one enlightened, and one barbaric.
Personally I think this shows a very poor understanding of the stories or appreciation of complex TV drama but each to their own.
