Who is your favourite non-telly companion?
For me, it's Fitz and Anji. I absolutely adored them both. I did listen to the first four Eighth Doctor BFAs, but I was always more into the books.
Fitz holds a place for me as a top five favourite companion, regardless of media. I absolutely loved his relationship with the Doctor, and honestly, I'm a little sad to find out Nine's leather jacket is very definitely not Fitz's, as a lot of EDA fans held as fanon. The Doctor and Fitz were so adorably BFFs, and their relationship was just so true to life. Plus, I think he holds the record as the most prolific companion? He appeared in 51 stories with Eight (feel free to correct!). No doubt about, they were bros.

She refuses to take Fitz's 60's shit or the Doctor's liberalism (she's a capitalist). She's a stockbroking maniac who uses her future knowledge to win, and lets Trix on in it. She argues, she grieves for Dave, she's basically a prototype for Donna. She served as a great foil between Eight and Fitz, and brought, IMHO, a breath of fresh air into the EDAs. If Anji was retooled for 12, I'd be cheering.
