From the pictures I've seen of the Valeyard online, it certainly looks like that's the image they are trying to project here. I'm still hoping for him to be the Time Lord Doctor between Eight and Nine, though, so I'm hoping this picture is deliberately misleading.

ETA: It's looking like this is probably a fan manip, and was actually on an unofficial DW fb page. My mistake. I feel stupid now! But, carry on with your theories!
