1) Probably since around 'The Impossible Astronaut' or 'Day of the Moon'. She was probably swapped when she was kidnapped by the Silence.

1a) Not sure. It must have been recent. Maybe actually seeing the Flesh triggered the idea?

2) No. We even saw him, Ganger Cleaves, and Ganger Jennifer turn back into raw Flesh after using the sonic screwdriver. I think it's safe to say we won't be bumping into any of them any time soon.

3) I think the Flesh is a creation from this year, though it is linked back to 'the flesh' referred to in the ep 'New Earth'.

3a) In what respect? I think 'Flesh and Stone' was solely a pun of the phrase 'flesh and bone' and nothing more... But did you spot something?

4) By watching the first seven episodes over an over so we can come up with loads of crazy theories that will all be proven wrong in episode eight.

Which confidential? The one corresponding to The Almost People?

oh, I didn't remember that, but now I do since you say it, but I never watched the Confidential.

Well, we never learned why and when Amy and Rory got dropped off back to home between seasons. Hey, maybe Rory is also a Ganger?

What I've been trying to figure out are the Space/Time specials. It starts out with Amy finding the Doctor because she wanted to ask him something... I thought she wanted to tell him that she might be pregnant, which confuses things even more.

But yes, there's a lot of explaining to do. (lol Now I'm picturing Amy as Lucille Ball and Rory as Ricky Ricardo.)

1) Really interesting thought. What leads you to believe that?

2) That's what I sincerely hope. After all, the Flesh scanned HIM. They (It?) could easily have made a new Ganger!Doctor.

Only... How can both Doctor and Ganger!Doctor travel in time/space to arrive in Utah in 2011? Hmm... I feel like I need to think this through...

For some reason, I have a lot less trouble believing that there are two Doctors than that there are two TARDISes. There can only be one TARDIS :P But I like your idea that it could be one of the Silent ships...

1) Probably since The Impossible Astronaut or the very beginning of Day of the Moon.
1a) I think since the end of Day of the Moon when he asked her what she remembers.
2) I would like to think he did and it's why he thought of disintegration so freely and why he let Ganger!Amy die so freely, even if it was the humane way, as he said.
3) It's not the same but possibly since New Earth? The Sisterhood DOES mention that the people aren't people "just flesh" but who knows.
3a) I'm not sure, I don't think so.
4) I DON'T EVEN WANT TO THINK ABOUT IT. :(

I ended the episode screaming 'WHAT THE..." and immediately went into a catatonic state trying to cope with it all ( ... )

1. OMG - That's a really excellent point. And I agree with your comment about Moff. He's a genius, but I think he may be a little insane :P

In that case, will real Amy know the same things her Ganger knows, or will she think they were just a dream?

3. From a comment above, maybe The Flesh develops into the "experiments" in New Earth?

Interesting about the 'only water in the forest is the river' theory- I totally forgot about that line.

But referring to 'The Doctor's Wife'- that story was originally supposed to air last season, but got pushed off, so I think you can disregard any Ganger clues from that episode unless Amy's been a Ganger for a really long time.

BUT ... even if the episode was supposed to air last season, that doesn't mean they couldn't have changed or added some of the lines to give us current clues, right? I think that line had to have SOME significance. Everything else the TARDIS said while she could speak was relevant, even if we didn't understand it right away.

1) Amy had something to tell the Doctor in the comic relief sketch so possibly just before or just after.

1a) I don't think he knew for certain until this story but I think he's been planning and plotting for a while.

2) Probably and perhaps even ganger Amy (The Doctor severed the link and the ganger reverted to goo but it could remember and rebuild itself)

3) :cough!: The Highest Science :cough!:

3a) If so then what about silence in the library? I'd love to say yes but I doubt it.

4) Oh I don't know Big Finish, fan fiction, Mr Tardis Reviews, DWM, Torchwood, Sherlock?

2) Does The Flesh need some sort of ... machine ... or container ... or something to help rebuild itself? Hmm...

3a) I'm one of those who is strongly convinced that "Silence in the Library" is connected in a way we don't totally understand. After all, the Silence could be there, even if we don't see them...

4) TORCHWOOD! SO EXCITED!!
