I think it could be 2 things.

They already saw this happening from Amy‘s memories, it was really the painting of the TARDIS exploiting what brought the Doctor to Pandorica. River left that message because she was told to find the painting and give it to the Doctor in that exact time and place.

The Doctor after he was locked away used the Pandorica to send himself this warning. He knew what had to happen, in order to not create a paradox he made sure, his younger self would arrive there.

Yeah, it clearly was. I was assuming that the TARDIS exploding was still the cause of the Crack.... which it might be; who knows... esp. since we've got possibly multiple Doctors and who knows how many versions of Amy. I think they have, as of this last ep., reached a number of complications beyond which coherent theorizing is impossible for humans.

When River finally got the TARDIS doors open, what was the rock face? The TARDIS may have gotten back to stonehenge.

I think a question like this can't be answered until after the finale. I assumed that would be explained in part 2... maybe I'm wrong though.
