New Earth: Rose (while she was possessed by Cassandra)

The Impossible Planet: Rose (not sure it counts, since it was on his space helmet)

When he was getting rid of the poison, and he needed a shock, Donna kissed him. That whole scene is hilarious!

I think the producers are trying to cash in on Ten's fangirl factor. It's hilarious, because normally I'm big on the whole asexual deal, but with Ten's snogs, all bets are off. ;P
