Unfortunately, he has his own show to captain... Unfortunately, because I liked DWJack rather more than TWJack.

Are you actively asking for spoilers here? Or speculation? Because based on the last aired episode of Torchwood, the answer to your question has already been implied.

You run the risk of having a crowded TARDIS. For example, in Earthshock They couldn't find anything for Nyssa to do, so they just had her sit around in the TARDIS doing diddly-squat.

Even after they killed Adric, they still couldn't find anything for her to do.

That's due to shitty writers, not having an over-crowded TARDIS. Ian, Barbara and Susan were almost always well handled, and I'd argue so were Ben, Polly and Jamie, save for the bits before they'd had the chance to properly write Jamie in.

Oh yeah, that was bad. I was mainly interested in Jamie and he didn't do much til The Faceless Ones.

I fail to work out why all of the Doctor's regenerations have been white men. There's no reason they should be.

Well. I know why it is. But I meant why it is in Who-world :P

Well, there are reasons he can't regenerate into a woman, apparently, but there are no reasons he couldn't be a person of color. I'd love to see some diversity. I suspect we'll never see him get old and unattractive again, though. ;)

I don't think there are reasons he can't regenerate into a woman. I mean, I know certain people have quietly looked very hard to try and FIND some, but there's nothing on screen.

Well, I mean, it's not like a young, attractive woman is anything new to the show. That's what most companions have been. ;)
