Hilda's Heart Tea debuts!
A new custom blend, Hilda's Heart is a decadent blend of White Tea, Red Honeybush, and Cacao Nibs. This tea is packed with antioxidants! 100% Organic, Fair Trade, and as always, hand-blended by Stephanie.
The tea's name honors the open heart and generosity of NoFriction's owner, Hilda Rosado.

Dear Stephanie,
February 1 was the 2nd birthday of Stellaria Natural Health. I started out with the desire to create a warm and welcoming place where my fellow Chicagoans could experience and benefit from Natural Medicine. I sought fellow practitioners who would embody my ideals of integrity, professionalism, and groundedness. I was lucky enough to be joined by a set of extraordinary colleagues, most of whom are still practicing here, and it is to them that I would like to dedicate this newsletter.
To Debbie, who convinced me to open up shop here in Logan Square, and brings consummate skill and warmth to her counseling practice as well as to our Yoga classes.
To Kim, whose energy and brilliance grace our practice, and whose acupuncture needles have kept all of us, as well as her many clients, in good shape.
To Minna, who spent the first hectic year with us, before moving on to practice in Indiana. She is still one of my most treasured colleagues.
And to Jason, Arlene, and Bri, who have all been with us over a year, and have been instrumental in growing our practice. Thank you.
And many thanks to you, our clients, patients, students, supporters and friends. Our third year looks to be one of growth and outreach, but we hope never to lose our spirit of gratitude to you. Look for tangible signs of that gratitude in this newsletter and in the coming months!

Tea of the Week
Have a cuppa on us!
We now have a "tea center" located in our main (downstairs) lobby. Each week we will be featuring a different tea from our stock, many of which will be newly blended for the week. This week's tea is a warming circulatory tonic, comprised of Gingko (Gingko biloba), Gotu kola (Centella asiatica), Ginger (Zingiber offinalis), and Lemon Peel (Citrus limon). The Gingko is wildcrafted; the rest are Certified Organic by Oregon Tilth.

This month, you can order your very own Stellaria t-shirt! The shirts are designed and hand-screened for us by local artist Katy Keefe, and before now have only been available to staff and family of Stellaria.
Our original shirt, modeled by Stephanie in the picture above, is a flattering v-neck black fitted women's shirt. The new edition has the Stellaria logo and a scattering of flowers printed in metallic silver ink. Women's sizes, S-XL. Cost: $20
Our 1st-anniversary shirt is a fitted heather-gray with "HEALTHY" stamped across the chest in green ink. The back reads "Stellaria, Logan Square" with our phone number. This shirt comes in men's and women's sizes, S-XL. Cost: $20

We offer Naturopathic & Chinese Medicine, Psychological Counseling, and many forms of bodywork, including Craniosacral Therapy, Integral Bodywork, Thai Massage, and Reflexology. We offer classes in Yoga, Meditation, Belly Dance, Core Pilates, and T'ai Chi. Our classes are small, with plenty of individual attention.
