Winter Break Ish
SoCal trip lessons:
a) don't go on random trips alone
b) always have a car with you
c) make plans that are concrete enough to keep you from crying
d) don't be sick on vacation
e) always, always end the trip with goodness (which for sure did happen)
f) I am a fan of the valley in LA
g) the OC can be scary/people are intense
h) I liked SoCal, but NorCal isn't so bad after all
i) make sure you keep the things you intend to carry on the plane in your carry on luggage
j) buffalo is my now my favorite store
Basically, Disneyland IS the happiest place on earth...and if I hadn't already made 563 facebook clubs and the groups could extend to outside schools, I would make the "I cried in Disneyland" club. These would be the officer positions:
Pirate Tears - Danny
Ahoy, Matee SLASH Fireworks - Hannah
Way too much stress SLASH children - Me
Freak Out - Joeley
Magical Fireworks - Rachel Gibbs
I pretty much worked real hard to make this trip, was let down where I had high expectations, absolutely loved the things that I was worried about, AND was right on with loving Sara/Hannah time. Sometimes you just need to chill with some downtime/watch RENT three times/see Zoolander/go to the other happiest place on earth...CPK.
