In the scramble to find funds
Ahhh, graduation brings with it the devilish problem of the loan payment that comes due, now that the party is over. So, in order to make the payments until that job comes along, I have managed the following:
- I have been doing homebound tutoring for Central Bucks.. that will make the first payment or so.
-I will be leaving on 6/20 for 9 days in Key West to help my cousin with his office and his houseboat, both of which are in need of my anal organizational abilities, for which he is paying my travel expenses and then some.. at least another loan payment in the bag.
That should take me to September when I will have a job. Where? Who knows?
So, while I keep up with the reading for my homebound kid, I also work my way through the odd tangle of acronyms and codes that make up my cousin's world of immigration law. Me? In an office? answering phones, typing letters? I expect it will be both interesting, rewarding and rather fun. We've only played together. We've never worked together. Stay tuned.
