Question!
I have a quick question about Tony and a line he says, but I'm going to put it under a cut since it might be a bit spoiler-y to anyone who hasn't seen the film.
Alright, you know near the end when Tony and Valentina are on the boat, and they see the scruffy little child on the side and stop? And at one point Tony kind of grabs her and yells at her in (what sounded like) another language?
I looked up the script, and it says that he says this:
"Ostanobuite bas menshi schit!"
Granted, it's from the draft-script, so it very well might have changed.
Does anybody recognize what language this is, if any (or if it's just a made-up language)? I know I could probably wait until the DVD is out and turn on the subtitles, but it made me curious the first time I saw it, and then the second time I saw the movie it snagged on my mind, and now it's just driving me bonkers. I really want to know what it means, if anything.
Anyone have any kind of inkling?
