First things first: remember that claymation what I made with the wonderful
gina_r_snape? I also made a special making-of featurette, which goes behind the magic on the set of the film:

And then there's buttloads of pictures from my trip:
(
Come with us now on a journey through, uhh, parts of New York )
I think Covenant House was across 41st street from the hotel! Yotel's at 42nd and 10th ave; I think it opened around May or June?
That man actually made me do a double-take, as he looks a lot like a musician I know, but I don't think it was him.
Quesadilla's from La Esquina on Kenmare Ave, and you can totally stuff yourself with really good food for under ten bucks. I totally need to take you there.
Yeah, I've been really scared to get into the new Torchwood. You know I went to Cardiff Bay to see where Torchwood is? I totally cried.
Peob is totally the ultimate scene-stealer. He upstages every scene he's in, even when he's just sitting in the background under his Chelsea FC blankie watching either Top Gear, Doctor Who, or The F Word. But I can totally see how he and Nymphadora could be related, or at least have the potential to become firm friends.
Also, my doofy face is blushing like 579873946984759348789.4 punnets of ripe jewel-like raspberries.

And I love that there are now two foodie places IN MY OWN CITY that *you* need to take *me* to.
I did NOT know you went to Cardiff Bay. This sounds like a story to be told over drinks. Especially if there is crying involved.
I noticed Peob has his own FB page. Should I friend him? Or is that just for the official Peob group peeps?

YES YES YES YES YES YES YES. I love that I can take you places and you can take me places and we can go places and your city has such a plethora of amazing food that we can take each other to.
Yeah, I went to Cardiff Bay. And cried. There's video, in fact, but it ain't pretty.
Peob just friend requested you. He forgot his own FB password for about a year. I've been kind enough to remind him. Peob likes you very much!
