MATTFEST DAY THREE -- AFFILIATES!

For day three, I thought I'd pimp out some of our lovely affiliates.
They are in alphabetical order, no favoritism, so make sure you check all of them out. :D
daily_eleven is, as the name would imply, a daily Matt Smith/Eleventh Doctor comm run by our very own happyville and fancynewgin. Even though we try to keep active here, there aren't always things to report on and we sometimes go a day or two without an entry. With daily_eleven there is an entry every single day with a gorgeous (and gorgeously-edited/colored) photo of Matt and sometimes a quote so you can squee to your heart's content!
elevenfic is the first Eleventh Doctor fanfic community, as far as I know. It was created on the same day as this comm and was one of our very first affiliates. Unfortunately, there are not many entries in the comm and it hasn't been updated since June but I know there are some amazing fic writers here and I suggest you crosspost your fics to elevenfic when you post them here to get the ball rolling there! I know Matt hasn't even been on screen yet and that's an obvious and understandable reason for the shortness of posts there, but if you're writing it now anyway, you might as well warm the place up over there so that it will be ready for the massive influx of fic that is expected once Series 5 actually starts!
elevenicons is an icon community run by our very own kirrilee_t. There aren't many entries or members yet but I know there are many talented icon makers here who could be posting there! When you post your icons here, you should crosspost to elevenicons! It could be THE go-to place for icons in the future, but we have to make it that way first. Even if you don't make icons, you should join because you KNOW you'll see something you like sooner or later!
eleven_rose is, like elevenfic , a very old comm in terms of Eleven. It was created just a few days after this comm, and I believe it's the first Eleven-related shipping comm. There aren't a lot of posts there yet, but if you're an Eleven/Rose shipper, get over there and change that! I'm sure there are tons of you in this comm who could contribute some great fanfic/picspams/graphics to that comm!
mattsmithstills is an icontest also run by kirrilee_t, and has held one challenge so far. There aren't a lot of members yet, but you are all going to join and change that, right? The first challenge was great but I know that the next one would be even better if more of you joined so that there would be more entries and more voters! Like I said, I know we have some amazingly talented icon makers in this community, so you guys should get over there and strut your stuff!
Remember, we are currently taking any and all Doctor Who-related affiliates and as part of our upcoming comm makeover, we may be extending that to other types of communities.
