This is a damn shame and I'm really disappointed. I've only been watching Confidential regularly since last Series--I thought it was a bit boring before but for some reason (actually NOT having to do with the cast) I started to find it really interesting.

Thing is, as I'm not a UK citizen would any complaints I make even count?

There is a section on the drop down list of their complaint form which allows you to select "Outside of the UK." I think this is because of BBC Worldwide and all of that sort of thing. So it might be worth a go :)
