Yeah, it's pretty difficult finding DWM in places that don't have a Borders or a Barnes & Noble. We used to have a B&N here in Montgomery, AL but it closed a couple years ago and the closest is now about an hour and a half away.
So my first suggestion to you is to see if there are any comics shops in your town, chain or small privately-owned or whatever. stars_fell Got really lucky and found one here in town that carries DWM, the IDW comics, and also occasionally other Who merchandise. Other than that, my only suggestion is to order through Who North America. They're an excellent stockist of Who stuff, have lots of back issues, and are prompt on shipping. IIRC they even get DWM in as early as a week after UK publication sometimes.
What eclecticmuse said: online, either at WhoNA or via the excellent people at mikescomics who operate out of Massachusetts but have a wiiiiide catchment area. (And can sell you DWM back numbers!)
I used to be in that position growing up and my mom was just super awesome enough to make that drive once a month so I could catch up on my British magazines.
Otherwise, most British magazines allow for American subscriptions if you want a copy guaranteed each month or you can beg for scans...
