First of all, the people: Neil Gaiman, Amanda Palmer (Dresden Dolls, married to Neil), Ben Folds and Damien Kulash (OK GO). They got together and wrote/performed/recorded six songs in six hours for a charity gig last week. The songs are based on twitter prompts, which is how you get a hysterical song about Tesla loving and leaving someone. Neil wrote a hilarious song about Joan of Arc, then realized he needed a British person to sing it.

Here's a fan video of the song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FtuWG3mdvI4&feature=grec_index
Then go buy the whole thing, because it's awesome and the second song is heartbreaking and it's only a buck! http://music.amandapalmer.net/album/nighty-night
