People have been theorising for ages, but I think this line (if it isnt a fluffy line as you say) nails it.
Idris is so the Tardis. And she's actually attached to the Doc. And as she isnt actually technically his, she might fear him giving her back one day (assuming she dosnt know about the Time Lords)
This suddenly makes perfect sense to me. Like, we saying that the TARDIS's conciousness is projected onto a person - Suranne - for a while and the Doctor actually gets to talk to her?
I've been completely convinced she's the TARDIS for a while now, and the evidence for this just keeps getting better and better. It's going to be so amazing to see him interacting with her if this really is the case.
Look at her swirly blue costume; she's SO the TARDIS. I don't know how or why or anything like that, but I am pretty sure she is somehow at least channeling the ship.
Yeah! I mean a lot of people thought that maybe the Tardis got turned into her, but as the rest of the episode is Amy and Rory on the Tardis, that dosnt make sense anymroe.

Nope hehe I wasnt near any fan-theories back then like these last two series. Untill this series talk about Idris and the Tardis and my GF told me people thought that about Astrid, I'd never heard it. And never thought it.
Ooo, that has such potential to be extremely dark and twisted. I just hope it doesn't turn out to be a fluffy line spoken by Amy/Rory to Rory/Amy.
