So much for that ridiculous article someone found this weekend complaining that our Matt can't act. Ha!

Anyone who says Matt can't act is clearly sticking to that opinion in willful disregard of Matt's acutal performances. It was clear from even his supporting roles in things like Ruby in the Smoke/ Shadow in the North and Moses Jones that he was a budding talent waiting for the right vehicle. Party Animals proved beyond a doubt that the boy has serious chops, and DW has only confirmed it. You can pick out pretty much any scene he's in from Impossible Astronaut (just to give ONE example from the show), and he's spot-on perfect: voice, line delivery, body language, facial expressions, chemistry with co-stars--there is not one element of his acting that you couldn't assess as anything less than excellent
