no it's fanmade apparently but it's really good, I thought it was real for a few seconds until I saw 'FANMADE' in the title...

Pretty impressive, great attention to detail with how they added in realistic eye flickers, breathing and the muscle pulling at the eye (I'm guessing they edited the promos to get that effect? It looks pretty convincing as almost real - really wonderful eye for detail!). I'll have to show this to my friends because it's just too cool looking.
