Weird. You're right, he does. Although, I've gotta say, he looks older to me in general ever since the finale. Like, I've gone back to watch other episodes, and he just seems older than he did at the time. *holds head in confusion*
It's because he did that amazing thing with his voice where he sounded like a grandfather talking with the throat of a young man and after you hear that, you can't see him as a young soul any more.
Agreed. For most of the season he jumped back and forth between feeling very young and very old. Now he just feels like an old person who sometimes acts very young. *is in awe of Matt Smith all over again*
(Unfortunate side effect: the seduction scene at the end of Flesh and Stone, which was previously hilarious in its awkwardness, is now just SO MASSIVELY WRONG I can barely watch. I loved that scene. *pouts*)

It was always terribly awkward and wrong to me, even the first time, so WELCOME TO MY WORLD. :P
Hahaha. And a very painful world it is, too. Well, the concept of that scene was always massively wrong to me, but somehow the humor of it and how they played it carried me through. No more.
