2. How can a companion be "Too clever?" I like my companions clever, thank you very much. She saved herself. The Doctor won't always be able to do something. Meh. The Amy Pond complaints I've been seeing are so lame.
4. It's a bit of a mixture: Angel Bob is part of Bob's consciousness, so he's still very polite and respectful to the Doctor, however the Weeping Angel is speaking through his voice. So it can't just be all, "We're going to get you, you're going to DIE" because real Bob wasn't that...aggressive, I guess, personality wise. It was really weird and worked just as good as the whole "ghosting" thing from Silence in the Library.
AND WHAT I REALLY WANT TO TALK ABOUT IS RIVER SONG
We've gotten a few more little clues and hints but still so vagggguuuue. I'm almost 90% sure that she isn't his wife. We also learn that she's hiding who she is because if he finds out he won't help them, and that she doesn't want to go to jail again. So who is she?? Has she any connections to the Time Lords? GAAAH!!
In my opinion this was the most believable solution Amy had until now. It was logic, even I could think about the pause thing I wouldn't say so much about the whale or the android almost exploding.
See, I felt the opposite, like the companions generally have the *human-ness* that the Doctor is missing, thus Amy's empathy helped her connect with the whale and the (wtf was his name?) android when the Doctor couldn't. Although I didn't care for either of those episodes and loved this one!
HOWEVER, upon a rewatch I see that yes, this was a perfectly clever sensible thing to do. I swear I need to rewatch every week before I post. XD

I love Amy, it just seems she figures things out in split seconds. Sometimes it works, this time I didn't think so is all.

Well, there has to be someone after the Catherine Tate Doctor who will be next if and when I take over the BBC.

4. Okay, that makes sense. Also Angel Bob creeped me right the fuck out. And the angels can use voices now? HALE NO.
Well, I know why River's in jail, and I'm just all WHAT. I really hope we get some answers next week, if only to one question.
