Yup, I'm pretty sure It's exactly the same one (or really dead-ass similar) as Matt wore to the Cannes Film festival (?), It's got the 6 gold buttons and half black & white lining. Matt just rolled up the sleeves at and unbuttoned it. As for the t-shirt, just Google "Kate Moss smoking t-shirt" and there's some E Bay auctions that come up for it.
