OoC: Future Island post
. . . Ah. Well. Seems like I'm still on Earth.
Anyway, sorry, this might sound a bit daft, but I don't suppose some kind passerby could tell me where I am? And the date. Month and year would be helpful. Figuring out the day should be a simple, straightforward thing to figure out, but I suppose I got a bit rattled.
Oh, and one last thing. I don't suppose anyone wants to take these biscuits off my hands, would they? The tin somehow found itself in front of the doors, and while usually I'm not one to turn down free sweets. . . I think I'm going to make an exception this time. Not sure what the occasion is, anyway--
. . . Er. Hold on, actually. Now that I'm looking about, this place seems a bit familiar. Overwhelmingly familiar, in fact.

Specific info for Who!Islanders: The Doctor has finally repaired the TARDIS! Only took a year. :\ Anyway, this has caused a couple of things: 1.) a loud explosion of pent-up temporal energy and 2.) a silent explosion of wibbly-wobbly, timey-whimey psychic energy. This is what's causing the canon update.
The Doctor is being taken directly from the end of Journey's End (lol rainsoaked!Doctor), but where/whenever you want to take your character from is up to you. Also, because of timey-whimey mind appending, the Doctor only thinks that he's landed somewhere new, and that he was alone in the TARDIS. As it is, he was probably the only one in the console room at the time the explosions occurred; if you want your character to have been somewhere else other than inside the TARDIS at the time, we can say that their mental link with the TARDIS has caused the jump-start in their memories.
Oh, and feel free to threadhop/tag in whenever I post! I'll put an OOC note saying to expect as much.
