It seems that an opportunity has arrived. You've all noticed, haven't you? How... anxious our Mayor is. How frustrated our Police Chief is. They're at their wits' end! This is far better than I could have hoped for.

... Ladies. Gentlemen. Friends.

Don't you think this is the best opportunity for us to surface?

I couldn't agree more. I feel I might make a trip to the Post Office before the chaos begins. We may have war on our hands.

I do not much care for trading for what belongs to me already.

I should have enough already to play.

Hmhm! You have been here longer than I have. As much as I hate to admit it, I am still a mere human. Unless I can prolong my life, I will only have twenty or thirty more years to live at maximum.

I am weak, Bernkastel. But I use all the tools that I have at my disposal and turn it into strength. Humans need to be opportunistic.

Even a human, with the right mindset, can transcend such things.

Perhaps only humans can.
