The Japanese style home was a typical setting for him. It was the Sohma manor in his mind and so that was what it was for others. The pile of files and papers was nothing new today. Often this tended to happen. However, the work needed to be done so Hatori didn't complain as he looked through his glasses at the writing.
The office was very organized and neat. There were no personal touches to be found anywhere.
Save for one picture of a young woman with short hair in the bookcase.
Hatori seemed to pay this no mind as he closed another file and put it back where it needed to be.
