Dublin trip
Well I am just back from a couple of days down visiting friends down in Dublin which was lovely.
I got down to Dublin about lunchtime and had a walk round O'Connell Street and Grafton Street. I was meeting a friend at Trinity College and actually had a walk round and it was so beautiful. I hadn't seen Jen for about 4 years so it was really lovely to catch up.
We then met up with another friend, Kathleen who was over with her two beautiful children, Stephen who is 2 1/2 and soo cute and adorable and Anastasia who is only 3 months old. We all had some lunch and then had a walk round St Stephen's Green Park and fed the ducks and played in the playground.
I was staying with Jen and her family so we headed back to see them. I hadn't seen them for even longer so it was lovely to see them.
I went back into Dublin this morning, and had a mooch round Temple Bar and played the tourist a bit.
Had an absolute nightmare trying to get the coach to airport as I had some really rude bus driver telling me that I was OBVIOUSLY in the wrong place but wouldn't tell me where to get it from. I finally got the airport, not because I was flying back to Belfast but because I was getting the airport bus. This bus driver was cool and even drop me off near M&S near Lisburn which meant I got home quicker.
Back to work tomorrow afternoon.
