Greetings from the Hotel Euphemism
While in Chicago Spouse and I stayed at the Amalfi Hotel, a perfectly nice small and reasonably-priced downtown hotel.
Their guest services literature refers to several different staff roles. They are (I am not making this up):
-- Comfort stylist: the person who cleans the room and makes the bed
-- Information specialist: the person at the front desk who checks guests in and out
-- Experience designer: the person who can recommend restaurants, make reservations, help with event tickets, etc.
