I haven't lived in this house for a full year's rotation of seasons, so I have yet to determine how much sunlight the back patio gets. If the sun ever comes out again, I'll take note. I bought some flowers that are okay with partial sun, just to be safe. I also don't know how good the soil is, so I got some of that too. And a shovel, and work gloves. This garden had better turn out FANTASTIC because this is only Round One, and it's already expensive.
Everything has been cat-inspected.
I'm not going to plant just yet, but soon. I want something viney and leafy to climb that fence too. Maybe beans. And there will be a hanging tomato plant.
Pericallis. In RL it's astoundingly purple.
Saxifraga.
And I got a little heather plant.
It was a good day to till the dirt; since it's rained so much it's soft. Needs a little more loosening, but...another day. I feel so earthy.
