OMFG! like demotion!
yeah so today my boss and I mutually agreed to demote me. why you ask?
because my payrate doesn't budge, and I have less stress! OMG!
I think this is a perfect band-aid for this job while I search for a new one, my primary responsibility is the $1000 a month repair budget, that's it. considering it's September 10th and I've pulled off $600+ in repairs already, I do belive I own a house on easy street my friends.
