After 24 hours with juniper berries only, the bathtub gin very definitely tastes of gin. If you had handed it to me and said it was cheap gin, I think I would have beleived you. I added a ton of other botanicals: bay leaf, allspice, lemon peel, pepper. It should be ready by the end of the day. The powdered allspice made it murky, so I may have to filter it for color's sake.
