I Thought Naked Thursdays Was Just Our Thing, Man
Hello people!
The storm!
Last night/this morning, there was an insane storm that SHOOK THE HOUSE. The window jiggled and woke me up, but I fell back asleep pretty quickly. I got up and got ready at 7:00 and went to work. The morning went by in a flash. It was crazy. Seriously, like a snap of the fingers and half the day was gone. I had lunch in my car and just chilled. It was pleasant.
It was pouring down rain after I got in my car, and stopped just before I got out, haha. The weather was on my side today. I went back to work and, unfortunately, the afternoon went by the exact opposite of the morning: it was incredibly, ridiculously sluggish. But finally, 5:00 came and I went the fuck home. I said hey to teh rents and started packing stuff for tomorrow, including some of mom's stuff.
Then, I made myself some dinner and we all watched TV together in the living room. We had a pretty damn good night, actually. Lots of laughter and little to no arguing. :] I helped with a few chores, doodled up some pumpkin carving ideas and took a shower. I've been watching Friends, but I really should get to sleep. Unfortunately, I found out that almost half of the celebs I wanted to meet tomorrow won't be there.
Heather Langekamp had to cancel for a family emergency, Sean Patrick Flannery's schedule got screwy cuz he's filming a movie, I think, and they messed with his flight to Mass and Norman Reedus and Jon Bernthal are being forced by AMC to go to the NYCC, instead. It really sucks, but I'm not mad at anybody, especially the Rock & Shock crew. They are working so hard on this event, how can anyone blame them?
People are bitching them out on their FB and it's pissing me off. They don't deserve any of that. I'm still looking forward to tomorrow and can't wait to see everyone else. There will be other cons.
