You'll Have a Classic Case of Foot Stuck in Ass
Hello people!
The ushe, the ushe, the ushe.
What do you do when every day is the same? How do you blog about that? I mean, essentially, at the bare bones, every day is a laser copy of the day before it. How do you keep that interesting? You'd think a writer would know how to do that. I took the bro to school and got to work, like, five minutes late, but whatever, lol. I went inside and got started working.
I was in a good mood today. I don't know why. But just spontaneously feeling awesome. And I realized that I actually really love the work I do, I just don't like having to deal with people and the corporate aspect of my job. I do love doing legal ads, though. It's organized work and I'm good at it. *shrugs* I'm also really unhappy about my hours. I can't work full time. So I'm gonna ask Boss Lady soon to switch to part time.
It'd be better for all of us, anyway. I'd cost them less and I could work the fewer hours. Anywho, um, I got a lot of work done today, as well as some writing, so I just felt good all day. At lunch, I got coffee for myself as well as for Nick, picked up some lunch at Burger King and brought the food and coffee to the bro at school. He didn't have anything to eat, see, so I figured I could get him something.
He was really happy, and it felt good to do that for him. :] I went back to work and ate my lunch while rocking out in the car, then went inside and did more legals. I can't stop saying it, and I don't know why, but I was simply in a fucking fantastic mood, lol. <3 Such a complete turn around from yesterday. At 5:00, I picked Nick up from school, then went to the brand new Wal*Mart that opened today.
It's about ten minutes from our house, and teh rents went there this morning for some groceries. They found Nightmare on Elm Street t-shirts. THREE OF THEM. :D So I went after work to get them. I only bought two today, and I'm gonna get the last one on Friday, when I get paid. They also had a Walking Dead t-shirt that Nick wants, so I'm gonna get that for him. THEY'RE SO AWESOME.
I felt even happier after getting those shirts. \o/ We went home and I joined mom in the kitchen to help make dinner and watch Millennium. It was fun! Dad came home and joined us, and we all went into the living room. But I decided to go upstairs for a while and watch TV while teh rents watched a movie. At 9:30, I did the dishes, made myself a small omelette and took my shower.
We all are going to bed now, although I watched an ep of That 70s Show, where the title of this post is from. And now, bed.
