Hello people!
I woke up at 10:30, when mom got me up.
She asked if I wanted to go to this balloon festival with her, and I said sure. I got up and talked to teh rents for a while. Mom had a couple of appointments and dad went with her. I took a shower, did some chores, wrote a little. I've been getting lots of ideas lately and I'm having trouble keeping up with everything. But I did get some writing done, so that was good.
Teh rents came home and brought pizza for lunch. We all ate together, then we watched mom and dad play You Don't Know Jack. We used to LOVE that game when we were younger. We didn't get all the jokes, but we still loved it, lol. It was fun. X] I went up to my room for a while and watched TV, fiddled around with my internet/favorites, wrote some more. I finally finished editing Modern-Day Horrors.
It is SO much better now. I'm actually proud of it, whereas before, I was ashamed. Never should have rushed to publish it. I won't make that mistake again. After that, teh rents called me down to watch a movie with them, with a plot that sounded similar to one of my short stories in MDH, called, "Missed Call." The movie was called, Long Distance, and it stars Monica Keena.
It...it kinda sucked. The dialogue was ridiculous, the acting was awful (dunno how Keena gets cast in ANYTHING), the plot turned out to be really fucked up. Which is depressing, because the initial little description for the movie sounded awesome. And it started out cool. Such a waste. We started to watch The Other Guys after that, but mom was falling asleep, so we paused it to finish tomorrow.
Thus far, though, while stupid, that movie is at least funny. I went up to my room and have been watching Whose Line clips all night. X] Title of this post is from an ep. Good stuff. And now, I must away to bed.
Love y'all - Mira/Doc/Kat *meow*
