A Waitress Gave You Pajamas?
Hello people!
I got up at 7:00-ish this morning.
I really didn't want to go to work, but I knew I had to go. Two days was too many to miss. So I took my shower and got ready to go. Mom dropped me off at 8:45 and I clocked in. Deb was there. She didn't seem angry or happy, just neutral. I'm beginning to think that's just how she is all the time. *shrugs* Whatevski. I stood at the register all day. It was boring, but decent enough.
I felt fine all day, thankfully. Not a whole lot happened. Except, celli_puzzle and I are doing this thing we did when I lived in Ohio: we're sending each other packages of candy. So, she's gonna send me some awesome Japanese candy, and I'm gonna send her some "American" candy, lol. By some awesome miracle, candy was on a huge sale at work today, so I bought a ton, lol!
I eventually took my lunch break and it was delicious. I had a little candy, too. ;] At 4:00, I got out and mom picked me up. We went back home and mom worked on dinner. I went upstairs to work on my research paper that's due tomorrow. At 6:00, I took Nick to work. Dad got home shortly after I left, and when I got home, we had dinner. Chicken parm sandwiches! SO TASTY. I fed the pets next.
Then we watched The Santa Clause, cuz we're behind on our Christmas movies and that's one of our faves. Title of this post is from it. I went upstairs to finish my research paper and success! It is complete! Five full pages! YAY! So now, I'm going to bed, feeling utterly relieved and at ease. Oh, I got paid today, too, and it was about $80 more than what I was expecting. Things are okay. :]
