What Is It? The Annual Running of the Skanks?
Hello people!
I got up at 4:30 today to deliver newspapers with mom.
It was actually fun. I mean, I was tired at first, but it got to be fairly enjoyable. We got coffee on the way home and it was delicious. We went home and sat with dad while he drank his morning coffee and got ready for work. Then mom made us some breakfast; I had a sausage and egg sandwich. And after that, mom and I went back to bed for a few hours.
It was around 7:00, I think. I figured I'd only sleep til 10:00 or 11:00. I didn't wake up until1:00 (on the dot, actually). *facepalm* I felt so damn bad about sleeping so late. I said hey to mom, who had been up for a while, and took my shower real quick. Then I joined mom in the kitchen with the goal of doing my homework. I discovered that I thought a paper was due tomorrow when, in fact, it's not due til Thursday!
So I did the dishes and then worked on my script. Mom and I made some pasta and it came out great. I spent just about all afternoon working on my script. Changing things, writing some more. And guess what? IT'S COMPLETE. It's just over 65 pages and it's DONE. I feel incredibly accomplished, lol, I can't even tell you guys. I sent it to James Morrison and my friend, Brian, in Ohio.
And now, I'm going to be working on a treatment, studying and memorizing the pitching/selling process so I can move forward. :] Teh rents had dinner and we all watched Jeopardy! and Chuck. Now we're watching Rules of Engagement (title of this post is from it) and then we're gonna go to bed. Except, I have to do homework, lol.
Random: last night, I made a playlist of all the songs from the GTA soundtrack that I like. I even put them in the order that they play in the game! :D I tell ya, I love sorting stuff, LOL.
