Ooh, boy, did I have an awesome dream last night.
I was hired by some millionaire to clean his house. I walked in and an alarm started blaring, but the guy never told me how to turn it off. Someone else was there - another housekeeper - and she turned off the alarm for me. We started chatting and she was really nice, so I didn't mind working with her. The house was huge and we were in the dining room on the first floor.
From that room, you could see into the foyer and through the front door. The doorbell rang and we saw a really gorgeous blonde woman standing outside the front door in a black lace bra and black pants, lol. She had just taken off the shirt she'd been wearing and I turned to my co-worker and said, "I'm gonna guess - mistress." She nodded at me and we giggled and ran off to hide.
The millionaire hadn't been there when we got there, but for some reason, he was there at that moment, and answered the door. Um, then, the whole scene kinda changed and the millionaire was sitting with his wife at the dining room table. Now, the millionaire was VERY attractive, and we knew he liked me and my co-worker, and, thanks to that mistress earlier, we knew he was okay with cheating, lol.
And by very attractive, I mean, he was this guy who I only know from Covert Affairs. So, we kinda hatched a plan to sleep with him. We somehow found out that the first mistress came along by doing something involving earrings. I...I really can't remember what, I just know that earrings were significant. And then I woke up. *shrugs* It was 9:00 when I got up and went downstairs.
Mom was in the kitchen and dad was in the breezeway. I said hi to both. We all gathered in the breezeway and dad put together the wagon thing we got yesterday. Mom took her shower, then I took mine. I got ready and went to the kitchen to do the dishes. I ate a piece of toast, but I was too sick with nervousness to eat. Eventually, teh rents and I left for my driver's test.
We had to wait about half an hour until I could go. There were two instructors there. One seemed okay, but the other seemed kinda bitchy. Guess which one I got? >:\ I failed. I got a 65. I was really nervous, like, about ready to puke and cry nervous, lol, and the instructor didn't help at all. Right when I started, she said, "You didn't signal or look behind you." That was the first thing she said!
I almost burst into tears right then, seriously. I'm hoping that next time, I won't be so nervous. I shouldn't be, right? Gah, just thinking about it worries me, lol. *shakes head* Anyway, when I finished, I saw her write a big, red "F" on my paper and I just started crying right there. She hadn't even gotten out of the car yet. That's abnormal for me - I HATE crying in front of anyone who's not family.
She got out and teh rents came over and I got in the back seat. I couldn't drive - not today, anyway. I spent the next twenty minutes bawling my eyes out (that's not an exaggeration, btw, lol, I would stop for a minute, and then I'd burst into tears again). Teh rents went to the library and I stayed in the car; I didn't want people seeing that I'd been crying (or that I still was).
They came back after five minutes or so and we went to Wal*Mart for groceries. Then we stopped at Hannaford. Finally, we picked up a stromboli for me from Giavano's and some McDonald's for Nick. We went home and I ate right away cuz I was starving. Then I took a bath to unwind and went upstairs to watch some TV while teh rents watched a movie. It was kinda nice to get away like that.
I fell asleep for half an hour or so and came downstairs at 7:30-ish. We had spaghetti for dinner. Teh rents asked me to do the dishes, then did them all themselves - I didn't complain or anything, they just randomly did them, lol. *shrugs* We watched Burn Notice, which was a LOT like Prison Break in that Michael had to get into prison to break someone out, LOL. It was pretty sweet.
And I had tweeted before it started, "I'm so in the mood to watch Prison Break. Hope Burn Notice is fucking amazing tonight," or something like that. And it was! :D So cool. Then we all watched The Glades, which is eh. The lead guy irritates me. I just hate his face and his character and even his voice, lol. And then we all went to bed.
Oh, I scheduled a new road test. The next available one in my area is September 13th at 1:00. Feh. I'm just gonna practice some more and really hope I can control my nerves. And I'm exhausted, so it's time for bed.
