I Just Don't Like Balls Hitting Me in the Face
Hello people!
Woke up at 8:00 today.
I went downstairs and took my shower really quick, then got dressed and hopped online for fifteen minutes. I went back downstairs and said bye to dad as he left for work. I printed of a bunch of fliers for my housekeeping business (Immaculate Cleaning Services :D), which mom said she'd put in the mailboxes of her co-workers incase they need someone to clean the houses they list/sell.
We left around 9:45 for mom's office. I chilled in the car while mom did work stuff. I fell asleep for about half an hour and then mom came out and we went to lunch at this cute little sandwich shop. I got a turkey sandwich with chips and a bottle of root beer; that was delicious. We went to Target next so mom could get some shoes for work. She didn't find any she liked, so we went to Payless, then Sears.
She finally found a pair at Sears - two pairs, actually. We had to do a little grocery shopping for dinner after that, then we rented some movies for Mother's Day Weekend. Finally, around 3:00, I think, we came home. I put away the groceries and did the dishes. I splattered my shirt with water, so I went upstairs to change. I laid down on my bed for a second and wound up falling asleep for half an hour.
Nick woke me up at 4:10 and told me mom wanted me in the kitchen. I went down there and mom had just wanted me to hang out with her. :3 So I chilled with her while she prepped dinner. I kept offering to help but she declined. *shrugs* We watched a little TV, talked a little. Eventually, mom was done. She missed last week's ep of Grey's Anatomy (our dish crapped out).
She wanted to watch it on Hulu, and I so didn't wanna be around when she was watching that, lol, so she said I could go take a nap if I wanted cuz I was really tired. I slept for another half hour or so and then dad got me up - apparently, he was home from work, lol. And it was 7:00 - time for dinner. We had a bunch of light stuff; veggies, pickles, slices of cheese and meat, bread with a cream cheese and bacon spread.
Soooooo tasty. We watched Jeopardy! and Bones, then I took a bath for forty minutes. Now I'm finishing off this blog and going to bed cuz I'm freaking exhausted. Title of this post is from an ep of What I Like About You. It's funnier out of context, lol. Dad's off tomorrow, so I'm really fucking DESPERATELY hoping that we can go see Iron Man 2, but mom doesn't want to, so I dunno if we will. *sigh*
