WANTED: A DECENT JOB

Last night's was better than the past few nights, lol. I had a dream that Mr. Robbins (my MindCandy teacher from high school, remember?) was at my college for some reason - oh, yeah, I was back at GMC - and he invited me and Vicki to go clubbing with him Saturday night. I got all blushy and giggly, like I always do, lol. He gave me his cell number to call him and let him know if we needed a ride.
And he gave me his credit card, though I dunno why. I remember that I dropped the card and said, "God, I can't hold on to anything today," cuz I'd been dropping stuff all day, and Robbins laughed and then left. *shrugs* Dunno why that was significant, but I recall it quite clearly, lol. Then I was in a totally different part of the school and was watching a movie. I don't know what it was about. Suddenly, I was in the lobby of the theater.
This dude said to me, "I'll give you Endstation if you do something for me." Endstation is one of the Michael Crichton/John Lange books I desperately want, lol. I never found out what he wanted me to do. *shrugs* And at one point, I was looking for Vicki to tell her that Robbins invited us to go clubbing with him and found her in a computer room. I just remember that specifically, as well. And then I woke up.
It was around 9:00, I think. I got up to find that Nick was here. On a school day. Naturally, I wondered WTF was going on, lol. So I went downstairs to ask mom (dad was out at a job interview), but she was on the phone. I took my shower real quick and then went back downstairs to talk to mom. She told me that Nick came home because he was sad. Because he was sad. *headdesk*
He's failing two classes, but he's bummed, so it's okay if he comes home. So ridiculous. UGH, whatever. I did the dishes, helped mom measure the counters in the kitchen so she could figure out the dimensions for when they remodel it, then took a break to have some lunch. After that, I did a little laundry, vacuumed the living room, swept the hardwood floor part of the living room, lol, and was finally done.
I set up mom's Wii Fit Balance Board thing for her and then I spent the next three hours playing games on it. Nick joined me for a while, then mom watched us for a bit. I was exhausted afterwards, OMG, that shit really is a workout, lol. I chilled for a while until dinner. It was DELICIOUS; a chicken sandwich with bacon. MMM. We watched some TV and suchwich and dad played a little Uncharted 2.
Title of this post was on a t-shirt that Fiona was wearing in tonight's ep of Burn Notice. I sooooooooooo want that shirt, lol. Got a couple things to share with you guys, now: [1] This? Is the best shit ever. [2] My new favorite webcomic. Okay, so, now? It's time for bed.
