Don't You Dare Hit Me With That Muffin!
Hello people!
I woke up at about 9:40 this morning.
I intended to sleep for another half hour, but it was so freaking hot in my room that I could hardly breathe, so I had to get up. I went down to take my shower and said hi to mom and dad. I watched a little TV afterwards - Monk was on for a couple hours - then I made myself a small, unsatisfactory sandwich, lol. Mom and I decided to go out for a bit then, around noon. We went to Pier One first cuz mom had a coupon.
She got me some really cute candle holders on sale! WHOOT. We stopped at Wal*Mart cuz mom had some stuff to pick up. I got some khaki pants for work, the new TV Guide with Kiefer Sutherland on the cover, new nail polish and three new eyeliners! :D Purple, teal and aqua! And the nail polish is Gunmetal silver. AWESOME, YES? <3 We went over to Panera next cuz we were hungry. I got my ushe.
The Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich, a Frozen Caramel coffee drink and a cheese pastry. DELICIOUS. I've been craving their coffee, too, so it was fantastic. I saved half my sandwich for dinner tonight and we made a quick stop at Hannaford on the way home to pick up tissues and strawberries. I got myself some stuff for work this week to keep me cheered up; bottles of root beer, my fave juice, Go-Gurts and cookies.
I also got a chocolate chip muffin for breakfast tomorrow. At one point in the store, I smacked mom with the bag holding my muffin, hence the title of this post, lol. :] I want a Spiderman lunch box to carry my lunch in. ;D I wanna keep a part of my childhood with me at all times, lol. <3 Anywho, we finally went home and I went upstairs to plug in my fridge and put my stuff away. I watched a little TV and got online.
At 8:00, mom and I went to her room to watch the first hour of the Golden Globes. We recorded the rest because 24 was on and we HAD to watch it. Goddamn, it was fucking good. I can't wait to see the next two eps tomorrow! Unfortunately, we're gonna have to wait til Tuesday to watch the rest of the Golden Globes cuz that's the only time mom and I have together to watch 'em. SO, NO SPOILERS, PLEASE!!!
I don't wanna hear about anybody that won. Please and thanks. <3 And now, I must go to bed cuz I gotta get up at 7:00 tomorrow. GUH. Working all day from 9:00 AM til 7:00 PM! :( Not looking forward to it at all. Blech.
