Hello people!
Okee-day, so, getting up early on a Saturday really sucks. 'Specially since I only got to sleep at 1:40-ish last night (technically, this morning, but whatevs, lol).
I headed out with my mom to her dog thingy today. We got Burger King and coffee from Speedway! And both were delicious, thank you. XD Um...so, then, we spent a handful of hours at that dog thingy til about 1:00 this afternoon.
I kept having to go to the car every now and then to get stuff from the trunk, and it was rather far away, which kinda sucked. But, at one point, some people had left and there were a couple more free spots in the parking lot, so I moved the car closer to the gate! Since I don't drive, that was a HUGE accomplishment for me, LOL.
Oh, okay, so, I've been trying to convince my parents to get me a new camera cuz the one I have now kinda sucks. And my dad has been checking out cameras online and asking me to check them out myself. I couldn't relaly find an awesome one, so I've been kinda discouraged lately. But then, at the dog thing, this lady came up to the booth with this awesome camera, and I asked her about it, and it sounds PERFECT! So I took a pic of it with my phone (kinda ironic, no?) and I think my rents might get it for me! YAY! :D
Before we left the dog thing, this pet officer person guy came up to us and was chatting with us. Just joking around and whatnot. But OMG, he looked AND sounded just like John Hodgeman (PC on the Mac/PC commercials, also on TDS, lol). The whole time, I was like, "Holy moo..." (in my head, of course, I didn't actually say, "holy moo"). So, yeah, that was cooly.
Anywho...um...my mom and I came home, and we were gonna go to the mall today, but we decided to bump it to tomorrow. We chilled at home and watched some TV/movies (well, my mom watched a movie...I watched TV, lol). There was an Indiana Jones marathon on USA at 3:00 PM. For some reason, they played the Last Crusade first, then Temple of Doom, then Raiders of the Lost Ark. But that's fine with me; the Last Crusade is my fave! Ford and Connery have perfect chemistry in that movie. It's hilarious.
And that's where the title of this post came from; Indiana and his dad are tied up in this Nazi castle in Germany, and Indy had told the Nazis that Marcus Brody had the maps they needed and would totally blend into his surroundings and that they wouldn't find him. When the Nazis left the room, Indy was like, "Come on, we gotta get out of here and get to Marcus before they do." (or something like that), and his dad was like, "I thought you said he'd blend in..." and Indy replied, "Are you kidding? No, I made that up. He got lost in his own museum once." And Marcus really is a total dumbass, so, yeah, tis amusing.
I downloaded a free "to wmv" converter today, so I can convert videos into wmv.format and put them on my MP3 player. Plus, thanks to the converter, I might be able to use it with my camcorder (that one I used for our German project), and therefore may be able to convert the files on it so I can USE THEM! YAY!
I watched this past week's House episode, and ZOMG, it was good, BUT, I *hate* the Huddy moments. Huddy needs to die a miserably painful death...surrsly. And take Cuddy with it. Cuz *GAH* I hate her so much. Moving on...Reaper was on tonight! Which is not sposed to be, but it was cuz of the stupid baseball game on Tuesday. Anywho, it was pretty good. Kinda weird, but good! :D
Kay, I'm wiped out, and not much happened today, so it's time to sleep.
Love y'all - Mira/Doc/Kat *meow*
