These...Are Pants
Hello people!
First and foremost, THANK YOU. I truly appreciate everything you guys said on my last LJ post. Each and every one of you really, really helped me and I'm so glad I have such wonderful friends to talk to. <3
I'll get back to what I decided soon but let's start from the beginning. I had two dreams last night but I don't remember what either of them are about. Sadface. I went downstairs and grabbed a muffin for breakfast. I noticed that a couple of flooring guys were in the living room, so I went straight to the shower. Dad told me he and Nick had to go to Nick's eye appointment at 11:00, so I had two hours to myself. :]
I watched TV and basically just chilled in my room for a while. Dad called me down at one point to talk about college stuff and that's when I discussed holding off for a year with him. He wasn't totally for it, but he wasn't against it, either. I went back to my room and waited for mom to get home so I could talk to her about it. I made that LJ post and thought about everything, trying to figure out exactly what I wanted to do.
Mom got home around 4:00 and I went downstairs to talk to her. She said that as much as she appreciates my offer, she wants me to go to college now. She thinks the best thing for me is to go. I think she's right. I'm going. I'm still a little sad that I won't be around as much to help improve the house, but I guess if I'm at college, I can still get a job and help pay for stuff, which I'm totally more than willing to do.
You guys really helped me in my decision, so thanks again. :] Um, now, I'm hanging out in my room again. I don't mean to bitch, lol, but earlier, Nick asked dad for a fairly expensive hoody (I don't remember how much it was, but it wasn't like a ten dollar thing you get at Wal*Mart, ya know?). I asked dad for a poster the other day that was, like, seven dollars, and he was reluctant to get it for me.
But he made up reasons to get that hoody for Nick. I just kinda feel like whatever I want and whatever I like totally doesn't matter, but if Nick likes it and Nick wants it, OMG, let's run out to the store and get it right frakking now. I just wish mom was home a little more often cuz she's got my back, lol. OH WELL I SPOSE. I've been writing a little today, and I feel great about it. It's not all that good, but I'm DOING it, ya know?
I'm gonna go back to writing and maybe play video games. I'm in the mood for that. :]
