Could You Put Down Your Phone and Take This Test?

I just need to say that we have the most beautiful news anchors ever. MOOHAHA.
Ahem. So, I started feeling really lousy last night and I told my parents that I just didn't have the energy to watch 24 or Castle (*gasp!*), so we taped 'em on the DVR and all went to bed early. It was kinda nice, actually. I mean, I love my shows, but I liked not worrying about what time it was. It was a lovely change from the norm. And I got to write last night! YAY! :D
We didn't do much in myth today; we listened to the song, "Iron Man" (which I've heard before but I never really realized until now how bad it sucks, lol) and compared "Iron Man" to Akhilles. Boring. But I got to give that missing paper to Shoemaker and guess what? My grade's an A+ now! :D SO HAPPY. <3 In math, we had that quiz, which took half an hour and even then, I just barely finished.
It was so ridiculous, and I know I fucked up at least two of the four problems. *sigh* *headdesk* Final grades are due next Wednesday, and I'm so afraid that I'm gonna have an F in math. I ditched three homework assignments (not in a row) and got that F on that test a couple days ago and GAH. So worried. :( Anywho, um, we also were assigned homework, which effing sucks.
We are now officially done with learning in AP Gov.! :D We watched some "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" today. Hilariousness. I remembered today that I never made up that quiz that I missed last week. I have to do that...prolly tomorrow. Guh. So sick of quizzes/tests. In AmLit, we read some Walt Whitman poetry. BLAH. It sucked, imo. I hate his lack of formatting.
And yes, I know it's intentional, I just don't like it, lol. We chilled in MindCandy, of course. Robbins and Brian and I discussed how awesome and amusing it would be if Robbins was the second-coming of Jesus. He kinda sorta looks Jesus-esque, lol, that's how we got on the topic. It was so funny, I wish you guys coulda been there. Um...I bought some cookies before dad picked me up.
THEY'RE DELICIOUS. There are two things that are amazing from our school: the cookies and the ice cream. They're both mind-blowing, guys, you wouldn't believe it cuz, come on, it's school food. But holy fuck, it's so good. Anywho, lol, dad took me home and I went to my room to hang out. I had no intention of doing homework tonight, lol. I'm feeling very lazy.
Mom had appointments all afternoon and dad went along with her. They left around 1:30 and I ate my lunch in my room while blasting music. It was so much fun. I LOVE blasting music. That's about all I did today, lol. OH, Nick came home and went into his room. My window was open and all of a sudden, I smelled cigarette smoke. And then I saw a huge cloud of smoke float by my window.
I don't know for sure if it was Nick or not, but I'm really concerned. And yet, at the same time, I also don't care. I mean, I'd be horrified if I found out that he smokes, but I also wouldn't be surprised cuz all of his friends smoke and he wants desperately to fit in. *headdesk times ten* Whatevski, I can't be bothered to give a fuck right now. I'll tel mom and dad and let them handle it.
Oh, jeez, title of this post is from myth this morning. Mr. Shoemaker said it as if he was talking to the kids in class (cuz they text all the time). It was funny at the time, lol.
