Russian Roulette is Not the Same Without a Gun

Hello people!

I spent a ton of time downloading stuff from YouTube last night, including a couple fanvids that I'm afraid will be taken off (Don't Feel Like Dancin', I Touch Myself). I wanted to get FANVID: "Stephen, Crank It Up," too, but it was already removed. :'( I messaged the creator, colbnan, and asked if she had it elsewhere or if she could send me the original. She has it on Daily Motion, thankfully, AND said she'd send me the vid when she could find it, lol. <3

I slept til 11:00 this morning, when mom woke me up and said we had to get going. I got dressed and checked my email quickly then mom said to start her car and back it into the driveway (she parks in the garage). I did and we left almost immediately. It was FREEZING out today; -5 when we left the house, -3 by the time we got back. *shudders* We first went to the DMV to get me a state-issued ID.

I need one for Presidential Classroom and my temps expired in August. This way, I don't have to re-do my driving test and it only costs eight bucks. So I got my ID (my pic's kinda lousy...I look drugged, LOL) and it said, "NONDRIVER" on it. I laughed out loud when I read that, I dunno why, it just tickled me, lol. I LOVE IT. I am proud to be labeled a nondriver, lol.

Next we went to Kroger (BLECH). We didn't stay there long and I got a Starbucks frapp in bottle form, so YAY. Mom also picked me up some toothpaste to bring to D.C. We stopped at the Post Office so I could mail out that rec letter (I mentioned that, right?) that had to go to Green Mountain college, then decided to go to lunch at Max & Erma's down the street.

I got their chicken tortilla soup and some chicken fingers. OH MAN, it was SO DELICIOUS. I love tortilla soup. And their shit is so spicy, it clears the sinuses. Perfect thing to have if you're sick. ;] We went to Speedway across the street and I got some hot coffee (I know, I know, two coffees in one day...I can't help it, it's SO GOOD, lol), then we dropped books at the library, then we went home.

I did the dishes and we pretty much just chilled. This show, uh...oh, "The 20 Most Horrifying Unsolved Mysteries"...or something like that. It was pretty awesome and VERY interesting. And it included the Black Dahlia. I never actually knew anything about the case, so it was interesting to hear about it. And the Zodiac was featured, too, of course. Unfortunately, I don't remember what number one was...

Then there was this show called, "The 20 Most Horrifying Hollywood Murders." Number twenty was Phil Hartman. *sigh* It made me cry. I need to watch more of his stuff, I really love him. <3 I didn't watch the rest cuz Cash Cab came on, but I DVR'd the end. I'll watch it later...maybe at 8:00. Moving on. GUESS WHAT?! The WristStrong bracelet came! :D YAYZ! <3 Oh, man, I'm stoked, lol.

OMG, LOOK! A KITTEH WHO SAYS, "OM NOM NOM!"

The title of this post is from Poker Face, simply cuz I don't really have anything else to use and I REALLY love that line (why? I have no clue). I desperately wanted to rip season four of 24 from our DVD set to put on my iPod, but I can't find a program that'll do it that's free. :'( Oh, well, I'll just have to bring it and watch it on Tyrone, I guess...I hope it doesn't make him freeze...

I must admit, I'm actually feeling, like, scared about going. I don't know why, but...yeah. I feel really weird and kinda sad and worried but there's absolutely no reason for me to be. *headdesk* And I'm torn: should I watch TDS/TCR cuz I'm three weeks behind and should get some of them off my DVR, or should I play Splinter Cell cuz I really feel like playing before I leave?

Oh, yeah, my blog's one year anniversary is Sunday and I won't be able to get online. :'( *sigh* So, I think I'll celebrate now:

Thanks for staying with me for so long, guys. The amount of readers has increased immensely, lol, but more importantly, I now have a ton of friends that can count on (and who can count on me) for anything.

So many things have been achieved through this blog: I've stayed dedicated to something, posting every day (with the exception of Presidential Classroom the first time, LOL), written a lot more fanfics, joined a TON of fandoms, posted an insane amount of memes (;D), started a yearly LJ event (MEME DAY! :D), got married, got divorced, and finally settled down with the one person I love more than anyone.

You guys are the best and I'd be totally lost without you. <333

PICSPAM TIME. XD A good amount of these were shown to me by phantom_roxs. A couple of them are ADORABLE drawings, lol, all of them are Jon Stewart and/or Stephen Colbert. ANYWHO, onward ho.
