Hello people!
Holy moo, I'm drowsy. I went into mom's room to take a super short nap, but I ended up sleeping for, like, two hours. Hehe!
Photo was kinda boring. We just went over the parts of the camera. Blah. Math, we reviewed for the test tomorrow. But, ya know what's kinda stupid? We had a review packet for homework last night, and the teach took it to grade it today, so we couldn't study it. *shakes head*
AP Gov. was fun, as usual (:D). We talked about affirmative action and college. I was told that Denison is a rather preppy school and that it's not the type of school I would go to. And that because Amherst is private, there are no out-of-state/in-state fee diferences. Which is YAYZ! But boo bout Denison being preppy. I *hate* preppy. Hmm.
We did more fingerprinting shit in forensics, and the only thing that made it fun was that I got to chat with Adam for a while. He's funny/awesome. XD Uh...oh, so, yeah, MindCandy. We were sposed to work on Gallery X, but there wasn't really anything to do cuz one of our group members wasn't there today.
It was fun, we pretty much just had random conversation. TWOOT! After class, I grabbed a hot dog from teh cafeteria and mom picked me up. Unfortunately, Nick was feeling sick, so we picked him up, too. Then, we went to the grocery store and I forced convinced mom to get some cake for dessert. X]
We got some fast food for lunch before we came home. It was pretty good, actually. Burger King, for me, and usually, their chicken nuggets aren't all that fantastic, but they were pretty good this time. Anywho, I was seriously exhausted when we came home (dunno why), so I napped. Apparently for too long, lol.
Oh! I forgot: we watched Spongebob and Frasier when we got home. With mom. And we laughed very hard at Spongebob. That show can actually be VERY funny when you're high at times. And the Frasier we watched was one where these guys prank-call Frasier and get him to say, essentially, that he has a huge ass. So they play this song when they tell people to get a pic of Frasier's ass for $1000 that goes, "FRASIER CRANE'S HUMONGOUS ASS!" It's hilarious, lol.
Uh, that's about it. We watched Cash Cab and Jeopardy and now we're watching Fringe. It's kinda nast. But interesting. The title of this post is from Cash Cab. These two guys got in and one of them was like, "Okay, you be my lawyer." to his friend, and Ben was like, "Oh, no! He brought his lawyer!" XD Uh, if you'd heard Ben say it, you woulda laughed. It's amusing when he said it.
I have had
this song stuck in my head all effing day. But I only know a few lines of it, lol, so I've just been humming it to myself. Ya know, goddamn tennis made us miss the first ep of the new season of Jeopardy. Kinda pissed me off, lol. *sigh* Ooh! Speaking of, J. Robert Oppenheimer is one of the categories! :D If you don't get what that's funny, watch
this. Then laugh freakishly hard.
Oh, I made
this video on Sunday night, but I uploaded it last night. Feel free to watch it and, ya know, comment and stuff. ;] OH! And I'm super excited cuz I'm getting my hair cut at STEPHEN'S On The Avenue tomorrow! :D I could not be more giddy, lol. I'm getting my hair layered and maybe, just maybe, I'll get blue streaks in my hair.
Here's the thing: mom doesn't want me to get the streaks, but not for the reason you'd think. If this was last year or a year into the future, mom would be like, "DO IT!" But she's afraid that if I go to meet with administration at colleges or have an interview or something, mom thinks they'll think I'm unprofessional and might not accept me.
Honestly, I think that's a teeny bit silly. I understand it, but still. I've wanted to get blue streaks in my hair for the past...four or five years, and I'm not sure what's been stopping me, but I figured I could finally get those streaks. Now I doubt mom will let me. I really hope I can convince her to let me get the streaks. *hopes*
Uh, that's it, I guess. Wow, what a dull day.
Love y'all - Mira/Doc/Kat *meow*
