Eating an Apple Makes Me Seem More Casual

Hello people!

Okeeday, so it's Thursday. It doesn't feel like Thursday, but ya know, I'm glad tomorrow's Friday! :D

I don't think I've addressed the bus situation of this year, so I think I'll do that now. Last year, it was fairly crowded on the bus, but there were at least four or five seats where someone sat by themselves (I usually had my own seat ( Read more... )

Towards the people in that article you posted. GOD DAMN ARE YOU SERIOUS?!

... I hate bibles. There are more references to loving people than hating on Gay people. It's just sooo dumb.

In response to your question: No. People have different ways of doing things. I don't know, I think it could be from my dad yelling at my mom all the time when she does something differently. And I've kind of vowed not to be like him, or her. So. Yeah.

Me too, me too! My parents split up when I was really little. So did my husband's parents. We're determined to stay together forever through lots of frank, honest discussion, and oh yeah, lots of sex. ^_^

That's my problem. I am a bisexual person, who is also a Christian, and read these things, and I'm like, WTF? But it's so true. Love your neighbour. That's what it says. It doesn't say, "Love your neighbour.. oh.. unless he's gay.. then ignore him".

Exactly. That's what I don't get about bibles and religion. I've studied it (granted for a semester) and I am no closer to understanding WHY this is. There was some saying that went like The Bible references homosexuals twice(?) and mentions saving the homeless like.. 16+ times. I don't know, I think this is why I have always been kind of agnostic.

They do say that if a man lies with another man as with a female that he will not be accepted by his people, and is basically an abomination, and that's what started my rants about this XD

However, someone told me that back then, they didn't know anythnig about STD's and stuff. So, two men would have sex, get aids and die. And they didn't want people dying, so they just blamed it on the fact that, well, it was two guys.

It was so long ago, and our society has changed (and God changed it, so, wtf people... who do you think is making these people gay? DUUUHHH!!) so, I think people need to loosen up a bit, and be like, well, I wouldnever do that, but yes, society has changed, and yes, the Bible says it's wrong, but you know, I accept that society is changing. Apparently people are to effing stupid to realize that you know, society is nver gonna be the same as it was back then.

/rant

Sorry, that's long XD

I will ALWAYS remember that Leviticus section cuz Stephen Colbert reads it in an episode of Strangers With Candy, lol, and it's hilarious cuz his character is IN a gay relationship and he reads the Leviticus passage at dinner with his wife (GAY AFFAIR), his secret gay lover, and his secret gay lover's pretend wife. It's a complicated story, lol. BUT, yeah, I'll never forget that passage.
