it is the time of the year again where we see hotels lobbying for sales on their self proclaimed best mooncakes. the average price for a box of 4 pieces has generally increased by about 5% - 10%, depending on the label that you are getting.
personally, i prefer snowskin mooncake over the traditional mooncake! but knowing the older generation, like my mum, she prefers the latter. to make her happy and to please myself, i would have no other alternatives but to purchase 2 boxes.
