I still don't know if I actually like Glee per se, but I like that it exists.
Someone has the gumption to send in the script and budget for each week's show, and for some reason, a board of people approve what must be an astronomical figure for costumes, set design, choreography, and ASCAP rights to the songs. It's like the end of the moviea where Mickey Rooney and Judy Garland decide to put on a show in the old barn, but then Charles Foster Kane shows up with a blank check for them.
In any case, I love that they're spending Rupert Murdoch's money on it. That fact alone makes me smile.
