This is from 1953. At first, it seems like just another example of those lurid and irrational Men's Magazines that flourished in the 1950s, and the covers of which we have joyfully mocked here in the past. But I dunno... something about the expression on the face of the man pulling the guy out of the ocean. It makes me uneasy.
