So this past week has been less then ideal. In checking my shit out my real estate agent friend found out there`s a lien against my house, apparently my father`s former bank which he had his mortgage with isn`t aware of his untimely demise. They`ve taken his non payment of his mortgage as a sign of his unwillingness to pay, which is funny since I closed his accounts with them using a death certificate... So until that is cleared up I can`t even think of selling my house.

On top of that guess what, it`s malignant. Hurray for me, I might not even reach my overly pessimistic estimate.
