another update?
In less than multiple months? yes its true. I really just forgot to mention Kat had a nasty knee pain. It turns out the workout shoes she had were either too old or didn't have the right support so either way we have to go and get her new shoes with better support. Oh and last month i turned 32 but luckily 30 is the new 20 so woo hoo i get another decade to live it up.
